World Me Inc. ("World Me") RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS (referred to collectively as "Terms and Conditions"). As a registered Member of World Me ("Member"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and when ordering anything from a supplier of products or services (a "Supplier") you agree that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to your order.
1. Membership Rules
1.1. All Membership applications are subject to verification by World Me Inc. World Me will notify you in the event that your Membership application has been accepted.
1.2. You agree to ensure you provide correct details when you apply for World Me Membership and your failure to do so may invalidate your Membership. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify World Me in the event that any information provided by you changes.
1.3. Your Membership is personal to you. You are responsible for ensuring that no one uses your Membership.
1.4. Access to and use of the Members section of the World Me website ("Site") is through a combination of user name and password and is reserved exclusively for Members. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and you agree to notify World Me immediately if you believe that there has been any breach of security (e.g. the unauthorized use of your name and password).
1.5. You agree that you will only use your World Me Membership card for the purposes for which it is issued. You must notify World Me immediately if it is lost or stolen.
1.6. If a Member loses or has their World Me Membership Card stolen then World Me should be informed as soon as possible and in any event within 24 hours. World Me reserve the right to charge a 20€ replacement fee for each replacement of Membership Card. 1.7. World Me Membership is only available to person over the age of 18. Any unauthorized or attempted use by person under the age of 18 will be null and void.
2. Membership Fees, Cancellations and Renewals
2.1. Membership fees are communicated upon application acceptance. Any increase in Membership fees will be notified through the newsletter.
2.2. Your Membership fee is non refundable. However, World Me may at its sole discretion elect to refund your Membership fee in whole or in part depending on the circumstances relating to the cancellation of any Membership.
2.3. World Me reserves the absolute right to cancel or suspend your Membership (at its sole discretion) for any reason whatsoever. If World Me cancels your Membership, World Me may (at its sole discretion) refund the balance of the annual Membership fee on a time apportionment basis in respect of the unexpired period to which the annual Membership fee relates. 2.4. Membership fees are due on acceptance of your Membership application and annually thereafter ("Renewal Date"). Membership fees are payable annually only.
2.5. You authorize World Me to deduct renewal Membership fees by direct debit or any Payment Card up to 28 days prior to or on your Renewal Date. If World Me does not hold your payment details you will be contacted directly in order to renew your Membership.
2.6. If you do not wish to renew Membership you must notify us within 30 days of your Renewal Date in which case you will receive a full refund of any renewal Membership fee paid provided that you have first returned to World Me the World Me Membership Card.
2.7. If a Membership is allowed to lapse for over 30 days, World Me reserves the right to charge the current Annual Fee in order to renew Membership.
3. Membership Benefits
3.1. As a Member of World Me, you are entitled to all of the benefits set out on our Site. The descriptions of all benefits displayed have been approved by the relevant benefit Supplier.
3.2. As a registered Member of World Me, please note that Suppliers of benefits and the Benefits themselves are subject to availability and may change from time to time without notice.
3.3. World Me aims to ensure that the benefits remain available at all times and are constantly negotiating new benefits to ensure that you receive maximum use of your Membership. If any of the benefits become unavailable, we will do all we can to ensure that prior commitments are honored to the fullest extent possible, but shall not be responsible for any actions of Suppliers outside our actual control.
3.4. Members should always log into the website of World Me to view the further details of each offer to ensure that they understand all the conditions of any offer.
4. Using your Membership
4.1. You are only entitled to benefits, once you have been accepted as a Member of World Me.
4.2. World Me membership is not available to the general public and requires an reference by an existing member of World Me. Members are expected to invite only respected persons within their own real-world communities and not individuals who might bring discredit to or harm the reputation of World Me and our community.
4.3. By having a World Me membership account, you acknowledge that you meet our requirements for membership. As a member, you may not have more than one membership account, nor may you apply for an alternative account if your membership is suspended, for any reason. You may not sell, trade, or transfer a membership account to another person, nor accept or use an account that was not originally yours. If an account violates these conditions, the membership will be terminated immediately.
4.4. World Me reserves the right to withdraw any of these Services and/or to refuse to supply the Services requested.
4.5. If World Me is unable to deal with any request, it will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.
4.6. Suppliers are responsible for providing you with the services, products and benefits you select.
4.7. Suppliers may impose their own terms and conditions and you are required to comply with these.
4.8. When ordering a product or service or accessing a benefit, you may be required to provide your Payment Card details. If you request and authorize World Me to use your Payment Card in order to pay a Supplier for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that World Me shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of your Payment Card provided that World Me acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation thereto.
4.9. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the Payment Card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or the service.
4.10. From time to time the procurement or provision of certain services, products or benefits may incur a World Me handling charge (of which you will be notified) - in these cases you hereby authorize World Me to debit your Payment Card with any such handling charges.
4.11. World Me may at your order purchase goods or services on your behalf. In the event that it acts as a credit agent in this regard, you hereby authorize World Me to deduct the credit sum from your Payment Card within 30 days of the payment date. In the event that World Me pays for the goods or services in cash, it shall be entitled to add any applicable credit card charges to the sum deducted from your Payment Card.
4.12. When ordering or booking a product or service or accessing a benefit by telephone, it is essential that members inform them that they are a member of World Me, and maybe asked to give their membership card details and show their valid membership card on payment. 4.13. When making purchases with our suppliers all members will be required to show their valid membership card and maybe asked to show valid identification.
4.14. Telephone calls to World Me may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.
5. Your Membership Responsibilities
5.1. We wish to have a friendly, intimate and secure community for our members. This is a private member club where members have the expectation of privacy and confidentiality. We are a community of global diversity, with members from nearly every culture and country. Expectations and behavior will be equally diverse, so to help provide a comfortable environment for all members, we have rules. Your membership at World Me confirms that you understand and accept these rules, and will follow them.
5.2. Please do not use the World Me name or logo for any purpose, event or promotion without our express consent.
5.3. Trust and confidence are paramount within World Me. Falsely misrepresenting your identity, including the use of a pseudonym or alias, or your profile information will result in your member account being suspended or terminated.
5.4. You may not monitor, data-mine, or copy our web pages or any content within the site, nor collect, archive, trade or sell any data.
5.5. We want to keep World Me free from intrusions. You will not send or distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, chain letters, spam, pyramid schemes, or any other type of solicitation to World Me and other members.
5.6. You alone are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account, username, password and usage. You are also accountable for all activities regarding your account, with or without your knowledge or permission. If you knowingly provide your login information to another person, your membership may be suspended temporarily or terminated. World Me assumes no liability for activities of your account accessed through your password and username.
5.7. You may not use World Me for any illegal purpose in any country or jurisdiction.
5.8. You cannot post content or initiate any communications that we consider libelous, scandalous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
5.9. It is not permitted to make available any content or initiate communication that infringes upon the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights of third parties, whether personal, corporate or governmental.
6. Liability
6.1. World Me warrants to you that World Me shall use its reasonable endeavors to provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your request and instructions from time to time. Where World Me supplies you with any goods or services supplied by a third party, then World Me is acting as your agent in sourcing the goods or services. World Me will use reasonable care in selecting the supplier and ensuring the order is placed in accordance with your wishes. For the avoidance of doubt, World Me does not and will not provide any representations or recommendations in relation to any of the information and suggestions comprised within the Services. You are deemed to be responsible for, and shall use your own skill and judgment as to, the quality, value and suitability of such information and suggestions in relation to deciding whether to enter into any contract with any third party for the supply of services or sale of goods.
6.2. Your contract for the purchase of products or services is made with the relevant Supplier only. World Me acts as an agent for the Supplier and, unless expressly provided otherwise, all your rights and remedies are against the Supplier. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is designed to give any other person any rights or remedies under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties). 6.3. Your contract for the purchase of products or services is made with the relevant Supplier only. You agree that any contract entered into by you with any of the Suppliers is an independent contract. World Me hereby disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred by you as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier. World Me will however do everything it reasonably can to assist you in any dealings you have with the Supplier.
6.4. World Me accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Site or any failure to complete a transaction.
6.5. Save in respect of death and personal injury caused by the negligence of World Me or as expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, World Me shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the Services or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by World Me hereunder and the resulting supply of goods and services to you by any third party.
6.6. World Me shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of you.
6.7. World Me shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
6.8. Except in respect of death and personal injury and subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, World Me maximum liability to you for breach of any of its obligations hereunder shall be limited to the value of the annual Membership fee and the charge for the Services to be provided.
6.9. World Me aims to ensure that viruses (or other programs having adverse effects) do not reside on the Site, but World Me accepts no responsibility in relation to this. 6.10. This section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to this club rules
7.1. World Me may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify you of any changes in a timely manner. Notification can be either by The Site, email, post, The Newsletter or other personal deliverance service.
7.2. Your continued use of your Membership constitutes acceptance of the altered Terms and Conditions.
8. Copyright
I. World Me owns or is lawfully entitled to all of the copyright in this Site. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This Site is for your personal use only - you may not use it for commercial purposes. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this Site for your personal use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this Site.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. These Terms and Conditions and your Membership with World Me are governed by the laws of Switzerland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
10.2. The provisions of the "Privacy Promise" shall apply at all times.
11. Privacy Policy
I. At the time of processing payments we do take credit card details but these are not stored for future use by the company World Me.
